A warm welcome to the Whichford and Ascott
Parish Council website. The Council is responsible for setting the Parish’s
annual precept which pays for a range of local amenities, in particular the
maintenance of the village green. It also seeks to ensure that villagers‘
views are gathered and reflected to the District and County Councils on
matters such as roads, drainage and planning applications and for generally
providing a forum where our residents can discuss matters of communal interest.

place every two months, copies of our accounts, other documents that we are
required by law to publish and a running list of planning applications. You
